THE GROOVE EXPERIENCE
My Groove sessions are 50–60 minutes of movement, music, and magic — all from the comfort of your home, live on Zoom. No dance experience needed! You’re free to keep your camera off if you prefer, but having it on helps create a shared, connected experience — and lets me celebrate your amazing moves right along with you.
In every class, you can expect:
